Terms of Service

1. Our services

We provide home services (electrical, plumbing, AC, CCTV, painting, cleaning, shifting and more) in and around Hospet, and building construction, plans, elevations and interior design.

Construction and interior projects are agreed separately with a written quote or agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that project.

2. Booking a home service

• Give your correct name, mobile number, address and location pin. We may not be able to serve you if the details are wrong.
• An adult (18+) must be present at the address during the visit.
• Visit times are a one-hour window. Our professional will call before arriving. Delays caused by traffic or weather can happen — we will keep you informed.
• A booking is confirmed once we have checked your visiting-charge payment and messaged you.

3. The ₹199 visiting charge and quotes

• Every home service booking has a visiting charge of ₹199, paid in advance by UPI. It covers the professional's visit and inspection.
• The professional inspects the work and shares the final quote before starting.
• Work only starts after you agree to the quote. If you decide not to go ahead, you only pay the visiting charge.
• Spare parts and materials are charged as stated in the quote.
• Never share your UPI PIN, OTP for payments or bank details with anyone, including our staff.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• The ₹199 visiting charge is not refundable if you cancel the booking, at any time.
• If we cancel, or cannot provide the service, you get a full refund or a free new slot — your choice.
• Refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from within 1 working day.

5. Completing the service

When the work is finished, a one-time code (OTP) is sent to your registered mobile number. Share it with our team only after you have checked that the work is done. Sharing the code confirms the service is complete.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give safe access to the work area, and water or electricity where the job needs it.
• Keep valuables, children and pets away from the work area.
• Tell us about anything that could affect safety (for example hidden pipes or wiring).
• Treat our professionals with respect. We may stop a job if a professional is threatened or put at risk.

7. If something isn't right

If you are not happy with the work, tell us within 1 day (24 hours) of the visit by call or WhatsApp. We will check the issue and, if it was caused by our work, fix it at no extra labour cost.

8. Limits of our responsibility

We take care in every job and are responsible for damage caused by our own negligence, up to the value of the job, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for existing faults, hidden defects, wear and tear, or problems caused by parts or materials supplied by you, or by work done later by others.

9. Using this website

• Do not make false bookings, misuse the payment or booking system, or try to break into the website.
• Prices, photos and descriptions on the website are for guidance; the quote given by the professional is final.
• We may update or pause parts of the website at any time.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to sort out any problem with you directly first. If a dispute can't be resolved, the courts at Hospet (Vijayanagara Dist.), Karnataka have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the website when you book is the one that applies to your booking.
